BALTIMORE, MD – August 18th, 2023 – KhromaKon, a brand-new pop culture convention happening next year, will kick off its first event at the Hilton Inner Harbor Hotel in downtown Baltimore March 1st – 3rd, 2024. Celebrating everything from anime, comics, and video games, this three-day event welcomes fans of all ages for a fun-filled weekend packed with plenty of activities, live performances, special guests including USA Today Best-Selling Author Jessica Cage, voice actors Tiana Camacho (Street Fighter 6, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, RWBY), Liza Ortiz (Slayers, My Hero Academia, Shaman King), Linda Young (Dragon Ball, Yū Yū Hakusho, Fairy Tail), and more.
Organizers of KhromaKon hope this three-day convention will become an event that anime and comic fans look forward to annually.
ABOUT KHROMAKON:
The mission of KhromaKon is “An Experience in Full Color,” a double entendre encompassing inclusivity and diversity. The goal of the organization is to breathe life back into Baltimore's nerdy scene while embracing art and celebrating creatives. The meaning behind the name KhromaKon is rooted in the definition of Khroma, which means color in Greek. KhromaKon comes from our con chair's love and passion for color as an artist.
