The April issue of ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Daioh magazine is announcing on Friday that Yuka Namisaki's manga adaptation of the Sora no Method (Celestial Method) television anime series will go on a one-month hiatus due a decline in the author's health.
Chapter six was scheduled to be published in the April issue, but will now be published in the May issue, which will ship in Japan next month. The editorial staff of the magazine apologized to readers who were looking forward to reading the manga.
Namisaki began the manga in the magazine last August. Kadokawa shipped the first compiled volume in Japan last October.
Masayuki Sakoi directed the television series that premiered in October at the new Studio 3Hz off of an original concept and script by Naoki Hisaya (Kanon). The illustrator circle QP:flapper (MM!) designed the characters. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and Sentai Filmworks has licensed the anime for North America.
