3DS crossover RPG features Ultraman Ginga, Kamen Rider Wizard, Unicorn Gundam, more

Bandai Namco Games began streaming an announcement video and a promotional video for its sequel crossover game Lost Heroes 2 on Tuesday. The 3DS "hero RPG" stars characters from the Kamen Rider, Ultraman, and Gundam franchises.

Text: The world is once again controlled by despair. The story of the "hope" of the heroes who have lost their "power" is starting.

The game will include Ultraman Ginga, Ultraman Zero, Ultraman Tiga, Kamen Rider Wizard, Kamen Rider Fourze, Kamen Rider Black RX, Unicorn Gundam, 00 Qan[T], and Gundam F91, among others.

The game will retail for 5,690 yen (about US$48) and will hit store shelves in Japan on February 2, 2015. The premium edition, which retails for 9,500 yen (US$80), will include 20 theme songs from the characters' respective series, a Nintendo 3DS port of the Hero Senki: Project Olympus Super Famicom game, and a 300-page collection of materials used to create the Lost Heroes games.

The standard and premium editions will both include a download code for an enhanced edition of Lost Heroes, titled Lost Heroes Bonus Edition. The new edition will include more voiced parts, additional playable surroundings, improvements to the game's balance, interface enhancement, and modifications to the ride dungeon.

The Lost Heroes franchise is a new game series in Banpresto's Compatible Hero crossover franchise. The first game shipped in Japan in September 2012.
