Of course it failed to attract new players. The anime didn't even tell us the girls were freaking grimoires. The anime had nothing to do with the game. Oddest gacha-anime commercial ever.

Considering, Nitro+ rarelly makes games in the later years, a bit of a bummer for the fans. I also feel bad for PuraOre. Women hokey was pretty popular in Japan some time ago but is on a huge decline as of late and this franchise was one of the attempts to popularize it again but it also failed.

Still waiting on that dub announcement for PuraOre. Crunchyroll screwed up on another dub announcement showing an actress playing a role in PuraOre, then scrammed it and took the reference out. Haven't heard anything since then. Hasn't even been transferred over from Funimation yet. Have they just stopped doing that and running both at the same time? That wasn't the initial plan.
