The OVAs were good, as far as continuing the story as the manga did, but too short in my opinion. I didn't see a need for the 1st OVA and the rest of it was rushed. I think it could have been better if the OVA was made longer, thus expanding on the story.
This is worth seeing if you're a HUGE Fushigi Yuugi fan (like me). You get to see your favorite characters all grown up (or in some cases as cute little kids). However, if you aren't into FY as much, you aren't missing much. The story is rather short and almost pointless.
This is a really good show. It has a real "cool" feel to it. It's really addictive and the characters are very cool. I love the look and of course the vampires. The ending however is a bit lacking and unexplained, but I guess that'll just draw me to the manga even more!
Great series. A really good follow up to the original. I love the "Welcome to Lodoss Island" bits at the end of each episode. They kind of make you feel good after taking in such a serious anime. The original Lodoss really needed something like that.
